  • You will be fully involved in our team from day one and gain exciting insights into challenging real estate projects at home and abroad
  • Provide support in varied lounge construction projects, including abroad
  • Support strategic projects in the areas of new workplace solutions, space management and infrastructural building management
  • Support the analysis of potential investments (market and location research, profitability calculations, etc.)
  • Support in all areas of facility management (quality management, service provider management, digitalization in facility management)
  • Provide support in areas of environmental management (water protection/waste disposal)
  • You will also have the opportunity to work on challenging construction and renovation projects

If you recognize yourself in the following requirements, we look forward to receiving your application.

  • At least 3rd semester of a degree course in real estate management, business administration or economics, law, architecture, interior design, civil engineering, environmental engineering or similar.
  • Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed) or internship between Bachelor's and Master's degree (gap year)
  • Basic knowledge in the field of real estate management
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
  • Very good knowledge of the common MS Office programs
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Reliability and sociability
  • Independent and proactive way of working
  • Quick comprehension skills
