As a Senior HR Consultant, your responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic HR guidance and advising on organizational structure
  • Supporting managers on labor laws, compliance, and leadership responsibilities
  • Leading recruitment, onboarding, and staffing processes
  • Facilitating career planning, talent development, and succession planning
  • Advising on personnel planning, considering strategic objectives and HR policies
  • Overseeing transformations and change processes, ensuring effective implementation
  • Managing employee relations, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts
  • Collaborating with HR consultants to align strategies and ensure business partner-oriented solutions

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:

  • Master or equivalent or Bachelor (in combination with additional 2-3 years of relevant work experience) preferably in the field of Human Resources, Legal (labor law), Social Sciences or Business Administration
  • 7+ years of work experience in HR, ideally with international background
  • Proven track record in managing change
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English required
  • MS Office skills as user
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving
  • Excellent ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent conflict management skills
  • Excellent customer orientation
  • Excellent intercultural awareness
  • Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
  • Willingness to travel
