Your tasks as the Group Procurement Manager - Aircraft Systems may include, among others:
- Lead, negotiate, coordinate, and implement strategic purchasing projects with main focus on aircraft component repair services
- Analyze, evaluate and assess the MRO market and identify sourcing alternatives in close coordination with internal stakeholders
- Identify and optimize methods and tooling for negotiations, supplier management and market analysis
- Elaborate, coordinate, and work on procurement targets for suppliers and technologies
- Work in an international organization with cross-functional teams worldwide
- Supplier Management, compliance and performance
- Our organization relies on your ability to be the interface between the internal stakeholders and the suppliers

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business administration, Engineering, Supply Chain or related) required
- Master or equivalent experience desired
- 3 years work experience in aviation industry / MRO
- Minimum 2 years Strategic Purchasing / Sales / Consulting / Supply Chain proficiency expected
- Contract negotiations experience ideally in an international and strategic environment
- English language required
- German language desirable
- Expert negotiation and analytical skills
- Strong self-motivation to tackle problems and improve processes
- Interest in legal matters / Knowledge of German and the United States Law
- Excellent computer skills such as MS Office, SAP or other EPR Systems as user
- Willingness to travel
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
