Your Main Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with the team to identify and implement improvements in business processes
- Supporting digitalization projects, creating workflows and automating day-to-day operations
- Analysing and documenting macros and automation processes in office applications (e.g., Excel, Access)
- Testing and refining applications based on feedback for continuous improvement
- Creating clear and concise documentation for migrated solutions
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

- Passion for IT-related projects: Your enthusiasm for IT drives you to explore, innovate, and learn every day
- PC wizardry: You’re highly proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and you use these tools like a pro
- Strong command of English: Your communication skills (both written and verbal) ensure smooth collaboration in a global team
- Love for programming and automation: You're passionate about coding, solving logical problems, and finding smart automation solutions
- Availability: You're available a minimum of 30 hours per week (Monday-Friday) within business hours
