As the Process and Performance Manager Broker Management, you will perform the following duties:
- Oversee all processes related to outside brokerage services within AMERICAS
- Work to improve processes and drive efficiency whether handled locally or on the corporate level
- Work with process management persons or departments within the company regarding cross-functional subjects
- Provide support to operations especially regarding interfaces between transportation and broker processes
- Liaison with relevant IT departments
- Business ownership of IT applications to decide on requirements for necessary developments aimed at ensuring high-quality compatibility of data
- Describe customs regulations and ensure mapping in the internal process documentation tool (ProX), including linking with the relevant logistics processes

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree desirable
- Master's degree desirable
- Fluency in English language required
- German language desirable
- Basic knowledge of Aviation Logistics, Transportation, Import/Export, Supply Chain
- ProX Academy, Process Management, Performance Management, Power BI, Tableau
- MS Excel, MS Visio, Qualitative and Quantitative Analytics, Word & PowerPoint, SAP, Power BI
