At one of our business units related to travel management solutions we are implementing Jira starting from 2025. To manage Jira effectively from a business perspective, the role of a Business Admin is required.

  • a strong understanding of the processes managed within Jira
  • the Agile methodologies being applied, and related areas
  • additionally, the admin should advise on how processes can be optimized using Jira.

Working in LHIND

  • University Degree in ICT related fields
  • Knowledge about Jira, preferable experience in Jira configurations and/or development.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies, preferable Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Nice to have: knowledge about the Travel Management Solutions Processes
  • Business English
