- Conducting ongoing financial accounting for Bundled Solutions’ customers
- Examining, processing and posting of financial records and business transactions
- Master data maintenance via the ERP system
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB / IFRS
- Processing of payment transactions and receivables management
- Preparing weekly cash flow statements
- Creating and managing provisions
- Posting of wage and salary data
- Posting of invoices and fixed assets
- Internal reporting, tax reports
- Keeping up-to-date with financial policies, practices, and regulations
- Conducting internal audits
- Ensuring compliance with Group requirements (MAUI) and all regulatory standards (accounting standards)
- Examining financial records to check for accuracy
- Taking part in projects and migrations when required

- University diploma: Finance & Accounting/Economics or equivalent education (courses) with min. 3 years’ experience on senior/specialist position with strong e2e process understanding (R2R, GL, Tax, P2P, O2C)
- Strong accounting and financial reporting background, basic knowledge of taxation
- Practical knowledge of accounting/general ledger/financial reporting
- SAP FI experience required or other ERP accounting software (according to the business need/new migrations)
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel
- Very good command of German & English
- Strong co-operation skills
- Customer orientation
- Highly independent and systematic approach to work, able to work independently without daily supervision, self-driven
- Ability to work under time constraints, constantly changing
- Analytical and conceptual mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (self-confidence and convincing skills)
