Your job profile is mutually wide-ranging and exciting. You bring a broad background that emphasizes communicational, organizational and analytical skills. You will support running projects and have the chance to get a glimpse into the day-to-day tasks of a global airline operation.
- Lead or support continuous improvement projects for the entire department
- Assist in implementing new processes within our department with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in designing workshops from the initial stakeholder requirements to final execution
- Support the the Ops Performance Management & Development team in their business administrative tasks
- Support and further develop our agile organization

We are looking for a self-driven, motivated person with an affinity for airlines operations and is willing to support a diverse upper-management leadership team. We can offer an exciting workplace with a wide range of different topics, located at ZRH airport.
- HF diploma, Bachelor’s (must have completed at least three semesters), Master’s students or graduates in economics, business administration or similar education
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player, demonstrating interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for organizing activities and events
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills (English and German); must be competent at writing and illustrating analysis, presentations, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization, clearly articulating subject matters in a persuasive manner
- Strong communication skills and experience in conducting workshops, along with a background in change management, are preferred
