- Defining and developing group-wide standards and requirements of conception, steering, measuring and optimizing of end-to-end HR Lifecycle processes, incl. IT system infrastructure and operating models, compliance risk assessment, documentation and KPIs
- Defining and implementing roadmaps for development, optimization and harmonization for the area of responsibility (to migrate from AS-Is to the improved To-Be environment)
- Initiating and leading of (HR) cross-functional projects
- Managing IT demand by translating process changes into IT requirements, conducting analysis, and developing business concepts, while supporting IT tool harmonization
- Maintaining regular communication with key stakeholders, including internal teams and clients, to ensure alignment on project objectives and progress. Involvement in budget planning and other commercial aspects
- Securing compliance of process with corporate and public authority requirements (mainly Germany)
* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors
- University diploma
- Min. 3 years of professional experience in Process Management or Project Management, preferably in the area of HR Services (e. g. Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR Lifecycle Services)
- Profund knowledge of HR systems, such as SAP, SuccessFactors or equivalent
- Very good command of German (C1) and English (min. B2)
- Highly independent and systematic approach to work, able to adopt to changing goals and situations
- Analytical and conceptual mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and cooperation skills
- Customer orientation and ability to represent complex issues to various stakeholders
- Strong interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement
- Willingness to travel (mainly Germany), 20%
