As Head of Line & Light Maintenance, you’ll oversee daily and short-term maintenance operations, ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our fleet of over 45 A32F (including the brandn new A320neo) and growing number of A330 aircraft. With a growing team of up to ~ 270 professionals in the future, you’ll drive operational success, foster innovation, and champion a safety-first culture.

- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with EASA Part-145 regulations
- Lead diverse line and light maintenance teams across aircraft including sheet metal, aircraft cabin and appearance as well as FSE mechanics, shops, GSE & tooling, troubleshooting, work preparation and manpower planning, to ensure highest possible technical dispatch reliability of our fleet
- Optimize resource allocation, budgets and performance while driving modernization and continuous improvement to support the operational growth
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align maintenance activities with business and operational goals
- Empower, coach and inspire your team to achieve excellence in a fast-paced environment
- Fostering a safe working environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and best practices

- A Master’s in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in aviation, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Expertise in EASA regulations and technical management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
