- Ensure that all aircraft and systems meet airworthiness requirements, maintaining the highest safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee performance data and reliability trends to improve efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Drive modernization and technical improvements by existing practices and recommending strategic enhancements to standards and processes.
- Collaborate with OEMs and suppliers and the Lufthansa Group to uphold operational and technical excellence.
- Inspire and develop your team to achieve technical and strategic goals

- Master’s in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in aviation, with 5+ years in leadership.
- Expertise in EASA Part CAMO and Part 145 regulations.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English; Dutch/French is a plus
