- Lead maintenance planning for a fleet of over 45 A32F (including the state of the art A320neo) and growing A330 aircraft, balancing the objectives of the airline’s maintenance strategy with operational needs.
- Being responsible for the long-mid term, and short term planning and Maintenance Control Center
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry regulations, prioritizing safety and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Brussels Airlines to align maintenance schedules and minimize disruptions.
- Drive innovative solutions to address maintenance challenges.
- Manage a team of ~ 15-20, fostering growth, autonomy and trust through effective communication and mentorship.

- Master’s in Aeronautics Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in aeronautical maintenance/engineering with planning expertise.
- Strong knowledge of EASA Part 145 and maintenance management system (e.g., AMOS).
- Proven leadership with exceptional communication and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English; Dutch and French is a plus.
