Your main tasks include, among others:
- Evaluate the current capabilities and capacities of both, the existing company as well as M&A targets, to identify and quantify overlaps, gaps and opportunities for alignment and enhancement
- Create a robust integration framework and execute detailed integration plans to realize synergies, ensuring smooth transitions and operational efficiency
- Strategically align the sales and fulfillment operations of Lufthansa Technik Component Services and the acquired company to effectively meet market demands and maximize customer access and satisfaction in a joint go-to-market strategy
- Build an organizational design for customer service and sales setup for the Americas that is scalable and flexible to expand with market opportunities

The ideal Manager Organizational Setup must fulfill the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- College degree/vocational training required
- Bachelor’s degree desirable
- Master’s degree desirable
- 2-3 years of experience in project management required
- Fluency in English language required
- German language desirable
- Knowledge in Aviation MRO, project management and business development required
- MS Office as expert
