The AOP (Airport Operations Plan of Zurich Airport) provides all relevant operational information for tactical planning at a glance. The web application is particularly designed to support the operational staff of Zurich Airport.
- Oversee the AOP product to enhance collaboration among stakeholders and system partners at ZRH airport
- Handle and prioritize requests related to the AOP product, incl. delay management, connectivity, baggage & cargo processes, turnaround mgmt., and data requirements
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap to align with strategic objectives
- Coordinate with teams to ensure the successful delivery of the product
- Close cooperation with IT
- Convert stakeholder needs into actionable technical solutions, ensuring the product vision aligns with SWISS Operations goals
- Act as a central figure in agile project mgmt., particularly within the Scrum framework, to maximize product value
- Function as a liaison between the development team & stakeholders to ensure clear communication & alignment

- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Comprehensive understanding of airline operations processes
- Excellent project management abilities
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the aviation industry (preferably in ground operations/handling)
- Proficiency in English and German
- Collaborative mindset with cross-departmental thinking and action
- Strong focus on customer needs and innovation
- Exceptional communication and social skills
- Having experience with software development and digital products, as well as knowledge of methods such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe, would be a distinct advantage
