The following tasks should raise your interest before applying:
- Driving digitalization, digital change, and transforming business processes
- Analyze data, and improve data quality initiatives
- Assisting in planning and executing digitalization projects, including automation, and data quality initiatives
- Communicate with various departments and stakeholders, condensing highly technical information into understandable content
- Support in organizing workshops, managing project timelines, and tracking progress on projects
- Understanding of the change management curve and ability to manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders effectively
- Prepare and deliver presentations with the ability to use visual aids and technology to enhance a presentation
* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors
The ideal Intern Business Development & Digital Strategy must fulfill the following requirements:
- Preferred field of study: Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or any other relevant field of study
- Completion of a minimum of 2-3 years of college courses desirable
- Experience in preparing and delivering presentations with the ability to use visual aids and technology to enhance a presentation
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office 365 Suite, PowerBI, Azure Synapse, JIRA, Confluence, or other similar tools
- You must have a valid passport for the entire period of the internship
- Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Proactive and highly self-motivated mindset
- Ability to work independently
- High Interest in driving digitalization
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
