The ACMI Support Specialist is responsible for providing critical administrative and financial support to the ACMI sales team members who focus on promoting SXS's fleet to international airlines and managing seasonal demand fluctuations.

- Manage and review ACMI leasing paperwork and ensure legal compliance.
- Maintain organized records of all contracts and correspondence.
- Facilitate communication between field teams and the office.
- Act as the main contact for administrative and financial matters.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth operations and timely task completion.

- Excellent written and verbal English proficiency; second foreign language is preferrable.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Skilled in Microsoft 365 Office suite.
- Familiarity with the aviation industry’s legal and regulatory landscape.
- Foundational to moderate proficiency in financial planning and analytical tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
