Your tasks as Aircraft Production Inspector may include, among others:

  • Leading the technical aircraft delivery process and coordinate with the customer acceptance team. Consulting the customer in regards to all technical questions during the aircraft acceptance
  • Single point of contact for assigned APIP Key Accounts. Coordinate and solve customer inquiries with OEM. Ensuring OEM service provision of any additional customer requests as well as acting on behalf of the customer
  • Performance of FAL tasks:
    • Acceptance of Aircraft Areas on behalf of the APIP customer (Airline/ Leasing Company)
    • Evaluation of findings in regards to future impact/ risk to the customer
    • Initiation and final acceptance of corrective action including proper documentation

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications: 

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • College degree/vocational training required
  • Bachelor’s degree desirable
  • At least 10 years of experience in line- and/or base- maintenance required
  • Fluency in English language required
  • Extensive knowledge of aircraft systems, aircraft structure, and cabin required
  • Knowledge of Aircraft reliability, fleet management, maintenance organization advantageous
  • Cat B1 / B2 preferred, Cat C is a plus
  • MS Office and web applications as user
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to travel
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Outdoor weather conditions
  • Must be able to work shifts
  • Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
