Your main tasks include, among others:
- Lead strategic projects within the Component Services division in collaboration with top management and the Closed Loop Platform Americas project
- Develop strategic frameworks with a focus on North and South American markets for OEM business, ensuring alignment with the company’s overarching goals
- Explore and leverage opportunities for strategic partnerships and innovative business models, working closely with internal teams and external partners to transform insights into actionable plans
- Lead and manage business partnerships, including cooperation and joint venture negotiations, fostering strategic co-operations that enhance ACS’s market position
- Assist in evaluating and implementing potential takeovers of OEM aftermarket business

The ideal Strategy & Business Development Manager must fulfill the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- College degree/vocational training required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree desirable
- 5-year experience in aviation and/or aviation maintenance sector or business development experience in comparable industry required
- Experience as project leader required
- Fluency in English language required
- German and Spanish language desirable
- Knowledge in aviation or aviation maintenance required
- MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint as user
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent business sense
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent commitment
- Excellent independence
- Excellent ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to travel
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
