Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Lead strategic projects within the Component Services division in collaboration with top management and the Closed Loop Platform Americas project
  • Develop strategic frameworks with a focus on North and South American markets for OEM business, ensuring alignment with the company’s overarching goals
  • Explore and leverage opportunities for strategic partnerships and innovative business models, working closely with internal teams and external partners to transform insights into actionable plans
  • Lead and manage business partnerships, including cooperation and joint venture negotiations, fostering strategic co-operations that enhance ACS’s market position
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing potential takeovers of OEM aftermarket business

The ideal Strategy & Business Development Manager must fulfill the following requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • College degree/vocational training required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree desirable
  • 5-year experience in aviation and/or aviation maintenance sector or business development experience in comparable industry required
  • Experience as project leader required
  • Fluency in English language required
  • German and Spanish language desirable
  • Knowledge in aviation or aviation maintenance required
  • MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint as user
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent business sense
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent commitment
  • Excellent independence
  • Excellent ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to travel
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
