Community of Practice (CoP) help us in achieving horizontal alignment across all value streams of the Digital Hangar. Promoting collaboration and innovation, creating a culture of continuous improvement.
As an intern, you will be working closely with the Community of Practice Leaders, as well as with Community Members.
- Support the CoPs in the ongoing Digital Hangar transformation clusters:
- Roles and Deliverables
- Empowerment of the Communities of Practice
- Support the elaboration of CoP communication concepts (Sharepoint)
- Define CoP relevant onboarding concepts
- Support the organization and moderation of CoP Meetings (1x in Q2) and Calls (weekly)
- Support the CoP Lead in planning and executing Community Surveys
- Accompany Digital POs and Digital BAs in their daily doings

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in computer science, marketing, business administration, mathematics or similar studies (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters)
- High sense of responsibility and constant improvement
- Strong analytical skills
- Willing to work both independently and in a team-oriented
- Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Stress tolerance
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English

- Technical background or understanding is a plus
