HR Manager will oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes as following:  

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle (job posting to onboarding)
  • Implement strategies to attract qualified talent
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns, questions, & conflict resolution
  • Promote positive workplace culture & employee engagement
  • Implement & oversee the performance appraisal process
  • Support managers in setting objectives, providing feedback, & managing underperformance
  • Develop & monitor career development & training programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor law & regulations
  • Administer & oversee employee benefits programs
  • Conduct salary reviews & manage employee compensation changes
  • Provide reports to senior management on HR strategies, performance, & compliance
  • Work closely with senior management to develop & implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals

  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role
  • Strong understanding of employment law & regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, BA or similar
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Experience with HR software 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & preferably HR management tools
  • Strategic thinking and ability to implement long-term HR plans
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Leadership & people management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving & conflict-resolution skills
  • Strong organizational & multitasking skills
  • Flexibility & adaptability 
  • Occasional travel may be required to attend recruitment fairs, training sessions, or company events
