The focus of your internship will lie in supporting the Distribution & Payment Transformation team in their day-to-day operational work while also having dedicated topics where you take on responsibility, e.g., in the field of strategy development, product roll-out management, and process analysis.
- Support in strategic development, implementation and monitoring of success for the Distribution & Payment Transformation team
- Help the team with product development together with external providers and support process innovation
- Develop communication material on airline distribution and payment for knowledge management throughout the global sales organization
- Benchmarking and research on trends, competitive analysis in the world of airline distribution
- Proactive, close interaction with relevant stakeholders within the Global Sales & Digital Retailing teams
- Organize events and (team) offsites
- Supporting our project teams from planning to execution, PMO support
- Support on day-to-day operations for the distribution and payment transformation team

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in a Business/Economics/IT domain or similar
- An interest in digital technology and trends in the aviation industry
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with ability to quickly understand interlinks in a complex environment
- Readiness to explore and to play an active role in innovating digital products and processes
- Proactive mindset with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn quickly
- Eager to work together with a wide variety of people across different international locations
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good spoken and written English skills
- Willingness to travel
- Very good MS Office and project management skills
