The Office Administrator's main tasks are:
- Front of House Duties: Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming. Pre-register visitors for security purposes, handle check-ins/check-outs, and welcome customers or guests as needed.
- Visitor Management: Issue visitor/contractor badges; provide necessary safety equipment.
- Meeting Support: Ensure meeting rooms are set up, organized, and ready for use. Order or provide catering services as required.
- Mail Handling: Manage all incoming and outgoing post.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with scheduling appointments and events
- Inventory Management: Oversee the office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment. Replenish as needed to maintain smooth office operations.
- Travel Arrangements: Assist in arranging travel, including international itineraries, for employees and management.
- Event Planning Support: Assist with the planning and organization of company events.
- Presentation Preparation: Prepare PowerPoint presentations and other reports as assigned.
The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Business Administration or similar qualification (Desirable)
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organisational skills with a collaborative mind-set.
- Familiarity with office management procedures.
- Pro-active and confident with excellent organisational and communication skills, acute attention to detail ability to multi-task and manage time effectively, work under time pressure, flexible, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Candidate must have the right to live and work in the UK unrestricted.
