  • Managing SaaS applications: DocuSign, Clarity, CR360 and ensuring their smooth operations for LH Group customers
  • Continuous monitoring of interfaces and automated processes regarding integrity, performance and optimal usage, ensuring a smooth and stable IT support for the processes offered by LGBS
  • Customizing of the supported applications according to technical and/or business needs, coordination of test activities and ongoing documentation of the supported solutions
  • Driving automation and digitization
  • Acting as primary contact and technical expert for IT-related issues
  • Handling escalations
  • SLAs and provider management
  • Taking a lead role in onboarding applications within LGBS
  • Governance of apps budget
  • Developing concepts, implementation plans and operation models
  • Ensuring the quality of product assets e.g. accurate and up-to-date product documentation for all stakeholders and end-users
  • License and contract management
  • Responsibility for IT governance (security, risk, strategy, architecture)
  • Designing marketing and sales campaigns

  • +5 years of experience:
    • in IT / supporting respective business functions with focus on SaaS applications
    • with responsibility for business-critical IT systems.
    • in analyzing and translating business / functional requirements
  • Good understanding of Product Management role
  • Capability to organize transition of technological solution design into operational Service Management
  • Experience in monitoring interfaces and automated processes
  • Ability to communicate technical ideas to technical and non-technical prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English (oral and written)
  • Experience with IT documentation maintenance
  • Experience in customizing and conceptual design of IT solutions
  • Knowledge of IT project management methodologies 
  • Diligent, independent, and systematic approach to work
