- Lead the team performing Base Maintenance, including organizing and carrying out routine and non-routine aircraft maintenance tasks and modifications
- Ensure all tasks meet quality standards
- Lead team members to ensure the timely progress of aircraft work is in line with the project plan and all documentation is completed
- Actively engage in the personal development of team members
- Coordinate the identification and rectification of significant defects
- Maintain communication with the Customer
- Act as Certifying Staff in a specific area, ensuring all maintenance work complies with required standards and regulations
- Manage the working patterns, ensuring optimal productivity
- Follow and develop leadership compamy standards and practices
- Valid aircraft maintenance license

- Valid EASA Part-66 B1 license for A320 Family and/or B737
- Possessing valid engine run and borescope training for these specific engine types (CFM56-5, V2500, PW1100G, and CFM Leap-1A) is considered an advantage. It demonstrates specialized technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in performing critical maintenance tasks on advanced aircraft engines
- Proven experience in an aircraft base maintenance environment
- Ability to adapt to changing work patterns and flexible working hours
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Confident, with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including confined space access and working at heights.
- Willing to acquire additional licenses and qualifications, such as EASA Part-66 cat. B or C, engine run, etc.
