The Customer Service Agent is responsible for:

  • Efficiently manage customer requests for information, reservations, irregularities, and capacity by using several channels of communication
  • Support marketing communication to foster positive customer awareness on SWC news & services
  • Maintain & strengthen close customer relationship at all levels
  • Ensure correct billing to customer by controlling bookings and Air Waybills & make corrections
  • Strengthen outdoor sales efforts by supporting in rate quotations, ad hoc rate negotiations, market intelligence, reports
  • Prioritizes workloads to enable swift & competent response to internal & external inquiries.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and ground handling agents or load control to ensure operations run smooth

The ideal Customer Service Agent should meet the following requirements:

  • Associates degree preferred
  • IT applications: Good MS office user knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Logistics or customer service training is an asset
  • Experience in customer service and/or operations
  • Ideally experienced in air cargo / logistics and/or aviation environment
  • Good command of French and English language: fluent in speaking and writing
  • Any other languages are of advantage
  • Good interpersonal communication skills verbal and written (email, letter, internet)
  • Professional attitude with internal and external interfaces
  • Impeccable customer service attitude
  • Initiative, reliable and quality oriented working attitude
  • Flexibility to work on different functions within the department
  • Willingness and ability to travel
