The Customer Service Agent is responsible for:
- Efficiently manage customer requests for information, reservations, irregularities, and capacity by using several channels of communication
- Support marketing communication to foster positive customer awareness on SWC news & services
- Maintain & strengthen close customer relationship at all levels
- Ensure correct billing to customer by controlling bookings and Air Waybills & make corrections
- Strengthen outdoor sales efforts by supporting in rate quotations, ad hoc rate negotiations, market intelligence, reports
- Prioritizes workloads to enable swift & competent response to internal & external inquiries.
- Coordinate with warehouse and ground handling agents or load control to ensure operations run smooth

The ideal Customer Service Agent should meet the following requirements:
- Associates degree preferred
- IT applications: Good MS office user knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Logistics or customer service training is an asset
- Experience in customer service and/or operations
- Ideally experienced in air cargo / logistics and/or aviation environment
- Good command of French and English language: fluent in speaking and writing
- Any other languages are of advantage
- Good interpersonal communication skills verbal and written (email, letter, internet)
- Professional attitude with internal and external interfaces
- Impeccable customer service attitude
- Initiative, reliable and quality oriented working attitude
- Flexibility to work on different functions within the department
- Willingness and ability to travel
