As a self-organized team of six, we work completely autonomously and inspired by agile methodologies. While we are “one team" and collaborate very closely, each one of us still takes on full responsibility and works highly independently.
In this temporary deputy role, you will take full responsibility for the new talents area for six months, working independently from day one. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the single point of contact for interns, trainees, their managers, and service providers
- Supporting and guiding Login KV apprentices throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Representing SWISS in strategic meetings and advisory board sessions with Login
- Organizing get-to-know and networking events
- Handling administrative tasks and budget monitoring
- Adapting trainee programs and developing new formats
- Taking on organizational and leadership responsibilities within our self-organized team
- Contributing to team strategy, yearly goals, milestones, and OKRs

With a strong focus on administrative tasks, you’ll ensure smooth processes, manage budgets, and act as the main contact for interns, trainees, and managers. We are looking for an experienced, team-oriented colleague that can take full responsibility from day one.
- Completed grammar school, technical school, commercial school or business school
- Several years of relevant practical experience, with expertise in emerging talents like interns or trainees
- Familiarity with the Swiss educational landscape and training systems
- Experience in independently managing administrative tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiasm to represent SWISS as an employer
- Strong personality and willingness to assume leadership tasks within the self-organized team
- Proficient in German and English
