We are looking for a talented intern to join our team to help us achieve our operational goals.
This internship offers the unique opportunity to gain practical experience to drive operational projects forward while working closely with experienced professionals.
Our “Original Equipment Innovation” product line develops innovative and tangible cabin products. As an intern (m/f/d) you will position our product line for strategic growth and support the implementation of our operational strategy.
Your tasks will include:
- Support the definition, implementation and monitoring of operational projects
- Contribute to and refine the overall strategy implementation program to ensure that strategic objectives are met and to improve transparency and visibility to management
- Support in the preparation and implementation of workshops
- Creating target group-specific presentations and communication materials to effectively convey strategic messages
- Coordinate with team leaders and project members to ensure alignment and progress

To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester at the time of the internship.
Professional experience is an advantage, but we are looking for a highly motivated applicant who meets the following requirements:
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and certificate of mandatory internship must be attached to the application) or internship between the Bachelor and Master studies (Gap Year)
- You have successfully completed the 3rd semester of your degree in economics, business administration, logistics or a comparable course of study
- Structured way of working and commitment
- Solution-oriented way of working, independence and ability to work in a team
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mentality
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Very good MS Office user knowledge
