We are seeking a motivated Intern (m/f/diverse) currently enrolled in an economics or business-related degree program to join the Growing Together: Enhanced Collaboration project, a joint initiative between Lufthansa Cargo (LCAG) and Swiss WorldCargo (SWC).
- Workshop Assistance and Facilitation: Supporting the organization and execution of workshops, including documentation and follow-up
- Project Communication: Assisting in preparing communication materials for stakeholders and supporting internal and external updates
- Budget Support: Assisting with project budgeting and organizing financial data
- Committee Preparation: Coordinating logistics and preparing materials for steering committees and key meetings
- Process Harmonization: Supporting efforts to align processes between Lufthansa Cargo and Swiss WorldCargo while respecting brand-specific requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- At least in the 3rd semester of a degree program in Economics, Business, or a related field at the time of the internship
- Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint is a plus)
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English (German is a plus), with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal Skills: Team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders
