The Manager of Operations Quality and Compliance is responsible for:
- Quality Oversight: Ensure that all operational processes, both internal and outsourced, meet the company's quality standards, providing reliable and consistent service to customers
- Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with all safety, security, and customs regulations, as mandated by the company, IATA, and local and international government agencies
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and support a robust quality assurance program that covers all aspects of operations, ensuring that processes meet both customer expectations and regulatory requirements
- Incident Management: Lead investigations into any quality or compliance-related incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions

The ideal Manager of Operations Quality and Compliance should meet the following requirements:
- Strong understanding of IATA regulations, safety and security standards, and customs compliance
- Proven experience in developing and managing quality management systems (QMS), including conducting audits and implementing corrective actions
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and to positively influence internal
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with U.S. and Canadian regulations (CBP, CTPAT, TSA, USDA, PHMSA, CBSA, TC) including ACE Air Manifest (U.S.) and ACI (CA)
- Familiar with IATA DG regulations / Procurement activities (i.e. tenders and SGHA documentation) / Mail processes / IATA CIMP and CIQ messaging
