  • Determine and analyze requirements for assigned standard software.
  • Review and reconcile gathered requirements with stakeholders.
  • Configure off-the-shelf standard software and coordinate necessary adaptations with suppliers.
  • Ensure configurations align with available out-of-the-box capabilities.
  • Discuss and delegate larger software changes to suppliers.
  • Document requirements, changes, and updates accurately.
  • Test newly developed changes or updated configurations within the standard software.
  • Collect and assess requirements from various departments, evaluating their feasibility.
  • Test customizations and provide 3rd-level support as needed.

  • Vocational training with at least 2 years of relevant IT experience or Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, IT, economics, logistics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of requirements engineering methodologies.
  • Proficiency in process management.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills desirable. 
  • In cases of equal qualification, applicants with severe disabilities will be given preferential consideration.
