The Key Account Manager is responsible for:
- Support and develop clients, and carry out necessary coordination for the services of Segment Aircraft Component Services
- Responsible for revenue and profit (customer-related) of the customer contract.
- Ensure the provision of services, identify improvement potential and develop measures for optimization together with the business units
- Organize and lead regular performance meetings with Segment ACS and customer’s top management
- Identify upselling potentials in existing customer contracts
- Prepare technical documentation for negotiations with customers and prepare sales campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Negotiate adjustments to contracts in cooperation with business units and sales
- Coordinate all LHT customer service activities for assigned customers
* Participate in other duties as assigned
The ideal Key Account Manager should meet the following requirements:
- University or technical college degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Professional experience in a customer relations / client servicing role, preferably in technical customer service/ sales, maintenance of aircraft or material management
- Fluency in English language
- Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) and/or other Asian languages
- Good knowledge in customer service, sales or negotiation
- Good commercial risk management and financial analysis skills
- Good analytical skills
- Clear spoken & written expression
- Excellent service & customer orientation
- Good team spirit
- Good computer skills (MS-Office, SAP)
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to handle stress
