In this vital role, you will ensure smooth IT operations through on-site support, equipment maintenance, and VIP assistance, contributing to SWISS' success by delivering exceptional technical solutions and reliable IT services.
- Provide on-site IT support at Zurich, Basel, Geneva, and globally as needed, ensuring seamless IT operations
- Install and maintain workplace peripherals, mobile devices, meeting room technology, and other IT equipment
- Manage and update inventory, operating manuals, and checklists to ensure accuracy
- Offer dedicated support to VIP users and executive conferences, as well as technical assistance for special events
- Collaborate on rollout and relocation projects with real estate management
- Be flexible and ready to handle IT support tasks worldwide as part of our team’s global reach, contributing to the smooth functioning of SWISS' IT infrastructure

We are looking for a proactive IT professional with solid technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. If you have experience in IT support, excellent communication skills in German and English, and a team-oriented mindset, we’d love to hear from you.
- Educational Background: Completed IT education or equivalent qualification, or extensive IT work experience
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of hardware and software with several years of IT support experience
- Personal Attributes: Sociable, proactive, independent, and customer-focused
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a structured work style
- Communication: Fluent in German and English with effective communication skills
- Resilience: Ability to perform well under pressure with attention to detail
- Additional Requirements: Valid driving license and a team-oriented mindset
