Training Coordinator Safety & Service Training 60-80% (m/f/d)

In this varied role, you are primarily responsible for planning Safety & Service Training (SST). These mainly include courses for cabin crew. You will work in a dynamic department that you will drive forward together with the SST team.

You are jointly responsible for a smooth training process. To this end, you will be in contact with our airline customers from all over the world, clarify questions and provide on-site support. You will also support our instructors in the preparation and follow-up of training courses.

  • You will be responsible for the complete planning of all training and courses in the Safety & Service department
  • You will draw up training and deployment plans and coordinate teaching facilities (classrooms and training equipment)
  • You will be also responsible for ensuring that the cabin training procedures are adhered to
  • You will act as the first point of contact for our customers and instructors and respond competently to all inquiries
  • You will ensure training for the Group airlines (especially Swiss and Edelweiss) and airlines in the external market by maintaining constant communication with the interfaces and regularly comparing requirements

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship and ideally at least two years of professional experience in an administrative field
  • We are looking for someone with a talent for planning and organization; if you are also fascinated by aviation, that's a plus for you
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills are essential for this position
  • You are well versed in MS Office, especially Excel, and your good IT affinity is highly desirable
  • If you have a precise, structured and efficient way of working as well as a high level of quality awareness, you also meet our requirements
