Your main tasks include, among others:
- Conducting research in ERP systems, for clarifications, tasks handling and other operational tasks
- Support with customer status reports by coordinating with different departments and IT systems
- Data entry, processing and analysis to support internal and external customers
- Developing of measures to keep a contract profitable (together with Account Manager)
- Perform support functions and deputized duties as directed by the assigned team manager, leader, supervisor or account manager

The ideal Intern must fulfill the following requirements:
- Pursuing degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar
- Must be enrolled in university the entire period of the internship or be in your Gap Year (between Bachelor and Master)
- Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Interest in airline industry, especially maintenance, repair & overhaul and material management, as well as customer relationship management
- First work experience through relevant internships is of advantage
- Self-confidence and focused on results
- Computer skills, especially advanced knowledge in MS Excel
- Must have a valid passport for the entire period of the internship
- You must possess a valid legal work permit or fulfill all criteria to get a J1 visa for the U.S.
