Internship Diagnostics

Would you like to learn more about the fields of application of psychological issues within a larger company? Do you enjoy diagnostic topics? Test construction and statistics didn't scare you during your studies? Then we have an offer for you.

The internship is scheduled to start in January/February 2025 for 3-6 months. The internship will be remunerated.

  • Assistance in the conception and design of assessment centers for the management level
  • Evaluations of selected fields of application of the diagnostic procedures we use

You are not alone with us!

You are not alone in our team. Team meetings take place on site wherever possible. But we also meet regularly from home. This means you can always find someone to talk to if you have questions, ideas or just want to exchange ideas.

To complete an internship in our company, you must be studying for a Bachelor's degree, be studying for a Master's degree or be in your gap year at the time of the internship.

  • Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
  • Degree in psychology with at least a Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of statistical methods (R, SPSS) is an advantage
