Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement sales strategies across the Americas region in alignment with corporate goals
  • Sales Growth: Identify new opportunities, develop business cases, and guide regional teams to capitalize on key markets
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to inform strategies and optimize operations
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to align sales efforts and ensure execution
  • Customer Relationships: Support teams in maintaining key client relationships and expanding sales channels
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategies

You must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years in air cargo or logistics, with 8+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional and virtual teams in multicultural environments
  • Expertise in data analysis and sales strategy development
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Innovative mindset with a solution-driven approach
