From April 2025, we will be offering you a 6-month internship at the Training Academy. The internship will be remunerated.

  • Support in the area of eLearning (WBT, learning videos, virtual & augmented reality)
  • Co-designing new training concepts & taking on your own sub-projects
  • Participation in in-house training is possible if you are interested
  • Build personal networks within the Group through our wide range of events and networking opportunities
  • You will mainly be based at our training center at the airport in Frankfurt am Main. You will also take on tasks at our training center in Seeheim-Jugenheim (information at: http://www.lh-seeheim.de)

Your workplace

Your office is located in the Lufthansa Cargo Center directly between aircraft and cargo "at your fingertips". It is easy to reach by public transport and car.

Lufthansa Seeheim

At the training center in Seeheim-Jugenheim, you can experience the training process up close. Employees from all over the world are trained here.

At the time of the internship, you must be at least in the 3rd semester of a degree course in adult education, (media) communication or social sciences, psychology or similar.

Prerequisite: Compulsory internship as part of the degree course.

  • Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship required (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application)
  • First experience in the field of eLearning/video production desirable
  • Independent working style, ability to work in a team & hands-on mentality
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Power Point, is a matter of course for you
  • You have a very good knowledge of German (at least C1) and English
