Premium Feedback Services is dealing with all kinds of customer feedbacks on their journey with SWISS. Especially after a negative experience, we consider it our own challenge to win back the trust of our guests. However, we are not only in touch with our guests, but also with lawyers, national enforcement bodies and other legal entities

  • Handle written complaints from the beginning to the end and make a guest happy again.
  • Assist our Lead team and Experts with various short- and long-term assignments.
  • Take over administrative tasks for the department leads.
  • Support our legal teams with various tasks e.g. proceeding payments.
  • Develop own ideas for improvement and participate in projects.

If you like the challenge of using your excellent communication and analytical skills to make a customer fly SWISS again or assist lawyers in researching facts to a legal claim, you are the right person.

Since we are a diverse team of 30, it would be great if you were a friendly, helpful and positive person with a hands-on approach.

  • Workload Specification: For this position, a 70%-100% workload is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Tourism or in similar field of study
  • German and English fluently spoken and written, French or Italian is an asset.
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
