Among other things, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Continuous optimisation of the worldwide Lufthansa Cargo road feeder network and road feeder network results based on capacity and flight plan scenarios
  • Analysing performance data and deriving control measures with the aim of sustainably improving quality and costs
  • Carrying out the road feeder network budget process and deriving operational targets, creating reports and monitoring and controlling the network results
  • Further developing methods, IT tools and processes in the area of road feeder management
  • Ensuring smooth cooperation with the Road Feeder Services carriers and with Lufthansa Cargo's internal interfaces (e.g. purchasing, handling, sales)
  • Technical management of the sub-teams and planning of resources
  • Initiating and organising change processes
