As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Operational handling of Customer Service by answering customers’ questions, resolving problems, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing problem-solving resources
  • Handling initial contact from all assigned customers for all daily operational business issues
  • Improving customer relationships at the operational level to ensure ongoing development and resolution of queries
  • Developing, documenting, and implementing work procedures as directed by the Team Leader
  • Managing customer complaints and reporting on a regular basis to the Team Leader
  • Monitoring and supporting performance level reporting (KPIs) 
  • Working with various systems, such as SAP, E-bat, MAX-LRU, etc
  • Working according to and supporting the Quality Management System
