As part of the Ancillary department, you will support the team in actively shaping, developing & enhancing the Ancillary product and touchpoint portfolio. You will learn to evaluate and prioritize initiatives that balance both customer experience such as personalization/choice & commercial success.
- Assist in the development of business strategies and identifying growth opportunities
- Collaborate on strategic projects from ideation to implementation
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities in the ancillary services sector, as well as strategic benchmarking
- Support in the preparation of clear and concise presentations and briefings for upper management
- Assist in developing strategic communication projects, including community information management and creating content for various channels and platforms
- Support in touchpoint management by working on projects to optimize ancillary product placements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s graduates in business administration, economics or engineering
- Excellent strategic & analytical thinking skills
- Proactive style of working

- Conceptually strong; ability to manage and break down complexity
- Good communication skills
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel (ZRH, FRA, VIE, BRU)
- Very good spoken and written English skills, German is an asset
