Your main tasks include, among others: 

  • Special Tasks as assigned by Manager Flight Dispatcher or Duty Officer
  • Maintaining highest level of service to Swiss and all customers
  • Optimize flight operations processes
  • Analyze and evaluate meteorological information
  • Flight Planning for SWISS International Airlines according to Company OpSpecs Part 129
  • SWISS International Airlines Mission support / Flight Watch
  • Crew Briefings. Support/Flight watch for various third-party customers
  • Direct contact with Zurich Headquarter and OCC regarding daily OPS matters for USA and Canada

  • Work Independently
