  • Lead, inspire, and manage a dedicated team across two of our key stations: Geneva and Basel.
  • Oversee and ensure the seamless quality of cargo operations in both locations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for ground handling providers and other service partners across four stations.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain and improve the quality of ground handling services.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and tools.
  • Act as the main liaison for freight forwarding agents in Switzerland, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Foster strong collaboration between internal departments and external stakeholders across our Home Market and Head Office.
  • Lead by example, championing and implementing necessary structural changes.

  • 5+ years of experience in cargo operations, logistics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record in change management.
  • Strong innovative mindset with an entrepreneurial, solution-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong intercultural competence with the ability to engage diplomatically across all organizational levels.
  • Fluency in French and English; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland.
