As an IT consultant in the area of HR IT core systems, you will ensure the smooth running and digitalization of technical requirements from the HR departments of the Lufthansa Group.
- You coordinate and plan changes in the central SAP HCM Core System of the Lufthansa Group in the areas PA and PY
- You create technical concepts and tenders and evaluate solution proposals from technical providers in terms of processes and business management
- You will take on tasks in the area of master data and payroll customizing, the administration of IT processes in the SAP HCM PA/PY environment, as well as taking on tasks in software development up to a certain level of vertical integration
- You ensure that HR IT system processes run smoothly and define standards for optimal system operation
- You are responsible for the documentation of the HR IT processes supported

- Completed (technical) university degree in computer science, business informatics, economics with knowledge of computer science, natural sciences or engineering or similar
- Relevant professional experience in the support and management of comprehensive (IT) systems; ideally very good experience in the management of HR IT applications and experience in the coordination of customer requirements and projects, good cross-sectional knowledge of HR management processes
- Very good analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Precise presentation of complex issues and a high capacity for abstraction
- Customer orientation, coordination skills and a willingness to innovate
- Very good knowledge of German and English
