This role involves automating, configuring and maintaining Windows application packages across our organization and providing technical support for computer systems, hardware and software. 

  • Create, test, and manage PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency across Windows environments.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016/2019).
  • Manage, configure, and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy ecc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve IT issues and improve overall system performance.
  • Assist in software deployment, updates, and security patches on Windows systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with application installations, configurations, and updates.
  • Provide end-user support, including hardware troubleshooting, network connectivity issues, and software-related queries.
  • Experience in virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware.

Working In Lufthansa Industry Solutions

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft scripting and PowerShell.
  • Very good communication behavior as well as high service and customer orientation
  • Very good English skills, German skills preferred.
  • Willingness to travel
