You will support the team responsible for the retail sales channel Inflight Shopping.

  • You help designing the product range
  • You assist with magazine design (texts and adverts)
  • You are responsible for the data in the merchandise management system
  • You support crew communication and create articles for general internal communication
  • You support with product range presentations for cabin crew members
  • You collaborate with our logistics partner Do&Co (operational procurement)
  • You contact suppliers
  • You support customer service (customer enquiries and complaints management)
  • You prepare, analyse and respond to crew reports

  • You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate must be enclosed with the application)
  • Initial practical experience as part of an internship is desirable
  • You have an open and communicative personality
  • You are characterized by initiative, independent work and a quick grasp of things
  • Analytical thinking is one of your strengths
  • You have good MS Office skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
