As an employer branding team, we inspire a wide variety of target groups for Lufthansa Technik as an employer. In doing so, we focus on attracting and retaining (new) colleagues:

  • You organize various career events: from exciting in-house formats to online events and career fairs, you are jointly responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up
  • Working closely with our target groups, you will be involved in onboarding days, target group workshops and strategic projects, such as the university marketing concept
  • Always at the cutting edge, you will explore current employer branding trends and contribute your own creative ideas to the development of new and existing initiatives

Your internship is scheduled to start in February 2025 for a total of 6 months. The internship will be remunerated.

To complete an internship at our company, you must be at least in your third semester at the time of the internship.

  • Your study background is in the fields of economics, communication & PR, marketing, (business) psychology, human resources or similar.
  • You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of compulsory internship must be enclosed with the application) or are currently in the Gap Year (between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program)
  • You have preferably already gained some practical experience in the field of marketing/communications & PR
  • You have a talent for organizing and enjoy planning and organizing events
  • You are characterized by a structured way of working, reliability and a high degree of initiative
  • You show a high level of interest and empathy for different target groups
