You are responsible for a wide range of projects at the inflight product team. You lead and execute front- and back-end projects, you ensure their success working hand in hand with field experts and you translate and prioritize topics according to the hospitality strategy.

  • Develop a project portfolio for inflight hospitality based on team targets, customer needs and trend analysis
  • Execute projects with direct customer impact, e.g. in culinary or comfort, or for back-end processes, e.g. in logistics or invoicing
  • Support project management processes within S/EH
  • Steer projects in close collaboration with the Head of Hospitality & Catering Management
  • Support and manage parts of the buy-on-bord program SWISS Saveurs
  • Commercial management of projects
  • Internal and group-wide project-specific interface management and communication

  • University degree in hospitality management, business studies or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in hospitality, strategy, product & services or commercial areas
  • Several years of experience in data and project management
  • Track-record in project management
  • Knowledge of strategic customer experience management
  • Agile working style and high level of initiative
  • Customer understanding with strong communication skills
  • High interest in hospitality and catering topics
  • Business fluency in written and spoken German and English
