Salary
Base salary starting at €130,000 gross per year for full-time, plus a 30% target bonus, the option to participate in Lufthansa Group stock programs, a company car or mobility allowance, and a pension plan. To ensure fair compensation, each salary is calculated individually.

- You lead the development and implementation of Austrian Airlines' long-term brand and design strategy
- You ensure a consistent brand and design presence throughout the entire customer journey
- You initiate and prioritize strategic projects that significantly enhance the customer experience
- You bring the brand positioning to life through a customer-centric marketing and dialogue strategy
- You design and implement an external communication strategy that strengthens Austrian Airlines' positive public image and ensure smooth corporate communication in daily operations as well as during crisis situations
- You analyze relevant global regulatory and political developments and ensure Austrian's interests are represented in areas such as transportation, competition, taxes, and social affairs
- You develop a consistent internal communication strategy for the entire company and organize and manage internal and external events
- You ensure that customer information is presented consistently and engagingly throughout the entire customer journey

- You hold a Master’s degree
- You bring at least 10 years of experience in communication and brand management roles, ideally with hands-on experience as a spokesperson
- You have at least 5 years of leadership experience
- You are a strategic and analytical thinker who challenges the status quo
- You have experience in larger companies with renowned B2C brands
- You are highly resilient and ideally have experience in crisis communication with public attention
- You are a fully-fledged expert in agency management
- You have experience in designing processes and organizations and have successfully implemented digitalization projects
- You ideally possess a strong network in Austria's media and politics
- You are a native German speaker and business fluent in English
